Scope
These terms govern the passenger transport services offered by EKA Services (EKA-TAXI), Avenue de Lonay 21, 1110 Morges, Suisse.
Terms & conditions
Booking
Fixed-price packages must be booked at least 24 hours in advance (12 hours for Zurich Airport). The booking is recorded when the form is sent and you receive a reference immediately.
Journeys outside the packages are quoted. The price becomes binding once communicated and accepted by the customer.
Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), per vehicle, for 1 to 4 passengers, including chauffeur, fuel and tolls. A return trip counts as two journeys.
Metered rides in the Morges area are charged at the published rates.
Payment
Online payment by credit card or TWINT, by QR-bill (bank transfer before the journey) or directly to the chauffeur in cash or by card.
Changes and cancellation
Please tell us about any change or cancellation as early as possible by phone (+41 78 747 80 47) or email (info@eka-taxi.ch). The applicable cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking.
Waiting and delays
We track flights to adjust the pickup time. Waiting time caused by the customer beyond the agreed time may be charged at the current waiting rate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Morges (VD).
