Data we collect
When you book or contact us: name, email, phone, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and notes.
Technical data needed to run the site (IP address, server logs). We do not use advertising cookies.
Purposes
To carry out and invoice your transfer, contact you about your booking, answer your requests and meet our legal obligations (accounting records).
Payments
Card and TWINT payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never store card data. QR-bills are paid directly through your bank.
Retention
Booking data is kept for 10 years for accounting purposes; contact messages for at most 2 years.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@eka-taxi.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
